Hello!
well to answer your questions I'll just type them into my email since i didn't last week.
so, my p-day is Friday and i will usually be able to get on around 1 PM when i go to do laundry. There are 10 elders/sisters in my district. Me, Elder Hillman, Jenks, Oleson, Bracken, Welburn, and sisters Johnson, Waite, Bird and Nordhagen. As of right now i don't need a pillow. Trying to take pictures as much as possible but its kinda hard for me to do. Got my stuff from Holmes today.
Next, so the days are getting better, i really know now why people say the days are long but the weeks are short. I feel like i just got here yesterday but its already like a week and a half....its weird. I like it here although the Spanish is still being a bit difficult and it is kind of discouraging at times. but i know it will get better. All the letters i have gotten from people have definitely helped with that, got one from Jody Done, Scott Halliday, Julie Grant, you of course mom, dad and every one of my siblings but Court and Tay :( Elder Jenks is in my district and is really funny and is definitely a better singer than J-Beibs. haha.We have had a lot of good times already. I like it here and i know why people do so much, but the language really is the only thing that is stopping me from having a really good time.
This morning we got to go to the temple and do some names for our branch presidents wife, it was great and i love going through the temple. Just like i said in my farewell talk i love to go into the celestial room afterwards and say a quick prayer, it really helps me to get through the week. :)
I also want to tell everyone that wrote me thank you! but it is hard to write back because we are encouraged to only write back on our p-days. So yeah it might be a while. I have letters for Katelyn G*** and Kylie P*** so mom could you get on my Facebook and try to get their addresses for me? they actually live in the same apartment so just ask one of them.
Well i love you all and feel weird being away from home, but know this is where I'm supposed to be and that it will get much better! haha i really do like it here but just wanna get used to the language....i feel like i said that a couple times already....oh well. Thanks for the package of food by the way! i loved everything you sent me especially the pistachios and the chocolate raisins :) Love you all cant wait to hear back!
